This in-studio yoga practice is for all physical levels of people wanting to create more stability in their mobility. Mindful breath practices aligning with your body’s current mood and mobility issues, strengthening and relaxing muscles to support your needs for this day to enhance your overall health.The power you have today is to be aware and educate, and practice what is optimal for your mobility to do everything you love and feel physically able from a place of confidence.
Join me on the mat for a special limited In-Studio practice.
Tuesdays & Thursday for a 90min are my Yoga for recoveries practice. These classes are open to a max of 10-student space bookings per session. This yoga practice addresses, in the moment therapeutic mobility, strength and flexibility with respect to the current groups needs.

How to book

2. Click on the checkbox near Available slots. If you do not see any checkbox then make sure you have checked on date which is marked in Orange on the calendar on the left
